Granted this entry is two years old, but even at that point in time I strongly think this woman was very biased in her opinion of you. The "standards" you have are reasonably based around your morals with your faith as your core. It's positively admirable that you draw your faith into such important actions, particularly that you do so where others don't. It makes you a rare gem to behold and one far more valuable than a cheap carbon copy. There is no issue with you (as you well know), but the problem is this: you are in the world, but you are very much not of it. When you present a challenge to a social norm, particularly a well based challenge, people as a whole do not like the idea of necessitating a change. Perhaps that is why you are met with such apprehension. There is some deep seeded realization in your opponents that recognizes more truth and practicality behind your methods.

It is no wonder that todays fallen churches are failing, they are not following God!.

'God’s Church Or Man’s Substitute' excerpt:
Are you attending a church that follows its New Testament call? Please check this out carefully. If you are attending a substitute or an imitation church you are not honoring God.

God’s church runs off simple obedience, responsiveness and humility, the power of God and His Holy Spirit, truth, and the hearts of servants.

Man’s substitute church runs off money, structure and pride, the strength of men, distortion, & the selfish desires of men.

I think if you honestly weigh your church in this balance it will tip the scale well towards the substitute Church. In my estimation, less than 1% of today’s American “Pastor Run” churches can claim to be Authentic “New Testament Churches”. This is explained at: ...

you might be interested to learn, that in spite of my vow to not kiss before marriage, I do stage kiss.

I think that similar people that throw up a fit about it have missed the point, not just that attitudes direct action, not the other way around, but the nature of performance art.

susan kissing isn't that big of a problem to me. it is something her fickle character would do.

the problem is that people think the character is acting well, not that it happened.

anyway... im writing something very, very wieghty, check back soon.

Me, I didn't mind Caspian being older and more capable, per se. If the film was done well, and he was intensely capable and everything was still going to crap, it would really hit home that Narnia was in dire need of help; it could conceivably be a good adaptive tool.

Susan fighting. Don't have *as big* of a problem with it as many people around, but it should never have been highlighted the way it was, though, for things to be in balance, Lucy should have killed twice as many as however many Susan dispatched.

That. would be sweet.
